Artwork guidelines

Good artwork in, great stickers out. Here's how to get the cleanest print and cut.

File types

Vector files (SVG, PDF, AI or EPS) give the sharpest result at any size. PNG and JPG work too if they're high resolution.

Resolution

For PNG or JPG, use at least 300 dpi at the size you're ordering. A 3" sticker needs an image around 900 × 900 pixels or larger.

Background

A transparent background gives the cleanest die cut, because the cut line follows your artwork. If your file has a background, tell us in the Notes field whether to keep it.

Colour

CMYK files print closest to what you see. RGB is fine too, though very bright neon screen colours can print a little softer.

Text and thin lines

Keep text and fine details a little away from the edge, and avoid hairline strokes. They can get lost in the cut.
